1. How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy:
- Browse products on hclub.com.pk
- Add your favorite items to the cart
- Go to checkout and fill in your delivery details
- Choose your payment method and confirm your order
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfers
- Easypaisa / JazzCash
3. Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan via trusted courier partners like TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier.
4. How long does delivery take?
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
- Remote Areas: Up to 7 working days
- Express Delivery: Available in select cities
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track it through our courier partner’s website.
6. Is there a shipping fee?
- Orders below that amount may have a nominal shipping fee depending on your location.
7. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer easy returns & exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused
- It is in original packaging
- There’s a valid reason (wrong item, damaged, size issue, etc.)
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re really sorry! Please contact our support within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item. We’ll resolve it ASAP.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, it’s usually already processed for shipping.
